Founding Artist · Limited to 1,000
1of1,000

The first thousand artists define what this platform becomes.

Open now to the AI music community — Suno, Udio, ElevenLabs Music, Mubert, Soundraw, AIVA, Mureka, Beatoven, and every Discord and subreddit in between. The cap is real. After 1,000, the doors close until public launch.

§ What you get

Founding Artist status is permanent.

These benefits never expire. Lose your password, change your stage name, take a year off — you remain a Founding Artist of HoldingMusic for the life of the platform.

01 / Identity

Founding Artist badge

A permanent badge on your artist profile and every track page. Visible to venues, listeners, producers, and labels. We will never issue this badge again after the first 1,000 spots are filled.

02 / Money

Priority in the Artist Fund

For the entire first year of platform operation, Founding Artists receive priority weighting in the New Voices bucket. 15% of net platform profit is paid out to artists quarterly across three buckets.

03 / Access

First access, dripped weekly

We onboard 50 Founding Artists per week so the leaderboards stay meaningful and quality holds. Earlier spots get earlier exposure and earlier leaderboard runway.

04 / Voice

Private Founders' Discord

Direct line to the build team. Vote on leaderboard formula changes, feedback on new features, first look at major decisions. The platform's direction is set with you, not for you.

05 / Press

Named in the launch press release

If you opt in below, your artist name appears in the public launch press release sent to Music Business Worldwide, MusicTech, Billboard, and major SEA outlets. Free press, by name, on day one.

06 / Forever

Free upload, no cap, no expiry

You will never pay HoldingMusic to upload, host, or stream your tracks. This is the standard policy for all artists — but for Founding Artists it is contractually guaranteed for the life of the platform.

§ The whole deal

Read this before you sign up.

We are not a label. We are a discovery platform. Here is exactly what you are agreeing to when you join — no fine print, no surprises. The full Terms of Service will be available before any upload, drafted by music industry attorneys for jurisdiction across PH, US, EU, UK.

The Trail Clause · The two numbers you need to know

If discovery here turns into a real deal, we take 2%. That's it.

  • 2%
Finder's fee on signed deals. If a producer, label, or sync agency signs you within 24 months of your track appearing on any HoldingMusic leaderboard (Global, Country, City, Genre, or Rising Star), we receive 2% of that deal's total value. One-time. For reference: a manager takes 10–20%. A sync broker takes 30–50%.
  • 0.5%
Post-removal royalty. If you pull a track after it has appeared on a leaderboard, we retain 0.5% of net revenue from that specific track, for the lesser of 7 years or your first signed commercial deal involving the track. Producer points are 1–5%; this is below the floor.
  • 0%
Catalog ownership. We never own your music. You keep 100% of your rights, masters, publishing, sync, mechanical — everything. We're a discovery channel, not a label. Walk away any time.
  • 15%
Of net platform profit returns to artists. Paid quarterly. Auditable. Public formula. No other AI music platform on Earth pays artists cash for real-world venue plays. We're the only one.
